Brian Kimani died of leukaemia at Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital on February 28 after his body developed graft versus host disease following a bone marrow transplant.

His body was held by the hospital over a KSh17.9 million bill. Family conducted virtual burial on March 11, with no body.

Hospital later released the body on June 16 and the final burial conducted on June 22, 2020. May his soul Rest in Peace.
