Beloved daughter of Mzee Timona Wasike Bisuche and the late Mama Phoebe Nangekhe Wasike. Step daughter of Margaret Wasike. Daughter in-law of Ezna Liyayi & Japheth Kavaya.

Beloved wife of Jetheri Kavaya Gulavi (JET) and loving mother of Alvin Wasike, the late Oliver Kavaya and Gulavi Conswella Liyayi. Foster mother of Emily and Hilda Vusha Kavaya.

A cherished first born among, Juma Wasike, Ben Wasike, Boaz Wasike, Patrick Wasike, late Violet Wasike, James Wasike, Kevin Wasike, Knight Wasike, Alice Wasike, Gilbert Wasike, Janet Wasike, Dorcas Wasike, Hudson Wasike, Joan Wasike, and the late John Wasike as siblings.

She served for many years as a dedicated employee of the National Social Security Fund NSSF known for her professionalism and commitment. She was known for her strong Christian foundation she was a prophetess, philanthropist, Prayer warrior and Evangelist.

Prayers and meetings are being held daily at her residence in Nairobi at Komarock Phase 2, Infill A Estate from 4.00pm and Harambee will be held on Sunday 8th June 2025 from 2.00pm and 11th June 2025.

Burial will take place in Vihiga County, Sabatia Sub County, Wodanga Ward, Gavudia Sub-location, Chavuli Village on the 14th June 2025.

Brother of the late Rose Mwangi, the late Jesse Mwangi, Hellen Muthoni, Jackson Maim (Businessman Kagio) and Julie Mwangi (MEDA). Brother-in-law of the late Jane Mathenge, Susan Wangui, Delphin Kibe, the late Francis Kamau, Patrick Kingori, Lucy Wathuti, Alice Wambaire and Pauline Wairimu. He was a cousin, uncle and a friend of many.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at their Ruai home and Kiaragana from 6:00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Jamii Nursing Home-Karatina on Friday 13th June, 2025 at 8:00am for a funeral service at P.C.E.A Kiambogo Church from 10:00am. Thereafter burial ill be at their Kiaragana home in Kirinyaga County.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing away of Kian Apwoka, beloved son of Esther Achiko Omulokoli, grandson of Professor Watson and Emma Omulokoli, nephew of Barnabas and Elise, Paul and Hannah and many others. The late Kian was cousin of Zamar, Floralee and many others.

It’s with profound sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved Sir Simeon Kiprotich Korir, a Procurement Consultant at the Directorate of Public Private Partnership, National Treasury.

He was the son of William Kipkorir Koske and Elizabeth Koske of Chilchila Ward, Kipkelion West Kericho County.

He leaves behind his Lovely wife Anne Korir and children; Faith Chepkoech Korir, Ammon Kipkurui Rotich and Robert Kipchumba Kweley.

He was son in-law of the late Erick Chelule and Esther Chelule.

Mr Korir was brother of Pius, Titus, Late Ridah, Margaret, Lydia, Elkana, Kipchirchir, Silas and Francisca.

He was a loving grand dad of Roman Kibet. Beloved cousin, uncle and friend to many.

Prayers and condolence meetings are being held daily at his Nairobi home and Citam Valley Road daily from 5pm.

It is with profound shock and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Francis Anthony Ndung’u Mburu on 1st June 2025. Francis was the Director of Goldwings Events Ltd, Nairobi.

He was a devoted husband of Sheila Ndung’u (née Mungai), and a loving father of Zawadi, Taji, and Tamasha.

A cherished son of John and Mary Mburu, and a beloved brother of Charles Mwangi, Patrick Ngugi, Rosemary Wanjiku, and Roselyne Wairimu.

He was son-in-law of the late Professor Joseph Maina Mungai and the late Jane Waminia Mungai. He was also a supportive brother-in-law of Jane Mwangi, Sam Muraguri, Andrew Mungai, Christine Mungai, Bernice and Peter Kimacia, among others. Francis was a dear nephew, cousin, uncle, friend, mentor and an inspiration to many whose lives he touched deeply.

Prayer meetings are being held at the family home in Ridgeways, at Ridgways Brook Gardens, off Kiambu Road, on Friday 6th and Sunday 8th June 2025. Meetings will begin at 2:00pm.

A memorial service will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church – Ridgevyays on Wednesday 11th June 2025 at 11700am.

The body is at St Monica Hospital Kisumu, will leave on Friday 6th June 2025 at 12 Noon, and thereafter, a Holly Mass will be conducted at Our lady Of Lourdes Bolo Catholic Church by 3.00PM.

The burial and Mass Service will be conducted on Saturday 7th June 2025 at the Home of Kawuor Imbo, Bolo Location, Nyakach.
