He was son of the late Joseph Iguku Wainaina and the late Naomi Njeri Iguku.

He was loving husband of the late Esther Mumbi Wainaina and Hannah Wanjiru Wainaina.

Brother of Ruth Wanjiku Iguku.

Father of Naomi Njeri, Lucy Muthoni, Joseph Iguku, the late Stephen Mbugua, Ruth Wanjiku, Michael Mbugua, Naomi Njeri, Beth Wanjiku, Joseph Iguku, Ruth Njoki and Ben Waweru.He was grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Karii Muguga near Muguga Model primary School from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves PCEA Thogoto Mortuary at 9.00am on Friday 25th July.2025 for a Requiem mass at Heritage Grounds Karii Muguga Hagicini and thereafter burial at his home Karii Muguga, Kiambu County.

He was son-in-law of the late Reuben Nzioka Mwilu and Serah Mukii Nzioka.

He was brother of Solomon Mbili, the late Daniel Mutinda, Jacob Nzioki, Serah King’oo, Elizabeth Kituku, Philip Mutiso, Henry Munyao (Survey of Kenya), Joyce Ndinda, Beatrice Kamene (Kitui M.O.H), late Dr. Jeremiah Nding’u and Ruth Munyiva (Kyeni Primary School).

He was brother-In-law of Regina Mbili, Francisca Nzioki, Florence Mutinda, Serah Mutiso, Elizabeth Munyao, Rev. Salome Malu, Bishop Dr. Moris Muthembwa, King’oo Katumo, Daniel Mwanthi, the late Raphael Mutua Nzioka, Sylvester Muindi Nzioka, the late Vincent Mutei Nzioka, Rosalia Muthike Wambua, Nicholas Nzioka, Kioko Nzioka, Mutiso Nzioka, Nthoki Nzioka &Wambua Nzioka.

He was uncle of Christine Mueni, Lucy Nzioki, Nancy Mutinda, Dr. Francis Kituku, Jackline Mueni, Duncan Ngomo, Prince Mwanthi, Caleb Ngomo, Patience Nduku, Lydia Mueni among many others.

He was also cousin of Onesmus Mbatha (USA), Allan Simu, Rev.Simba Kitonyi and many others.

Prayers and funeral arrangements will be taking place daily at his home in Uthini Village.

The cortege will leave Montezuma funeral home (Mks) on 26/7/2025 at 7:00 am.The funeral service will be held at A.B.C. Uthini grounds and there-after he will be laid to rest at his home in Uthini Kawethei.

It with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved father, Daniel Guy Kithimba, which occurred on Wednesclay, 16th July 2025.

The late Daniel Guy Kithirnba was the son of the late Kyambo Kithimba and the late Esther Nzakwa Kithimba.

He was a beloved brother of the late Boniface Kilonzo, the late Elizabeth Mueni Kithimba, the late Kyambo, Agnes Wanza, Dominic Muithya, Fred Nzau. Mary Kiluu, Mutisya, Mwania. He was step brother of Eng. Elijah Kithimba, James Maingi and late Ndita.

He was the devoted husband of Margaret Kasiva Kithimba, and a loving father of Jacqueline Mutinda, George Nzioki and Caroline Mwikali. He was doting father in-law of Mumbi Ngure He was a toying grandfather of Nathan Guy, Owen Guy, Rozie Kasiva and Danny Ngure.

There will be a fundraiser at his residence in Ruai behind Josnah Primary School on 26th July 2025.

Daniel will be laid to rest on the 30th of July 2025 at his home in Kwakathule, in Kangundo, Machakos county.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the promotion to glory of Hon. Catherine Moraa Nyamato, who departed this life on 16th July, 2025, at her home in Nyansiongo, Niamira County. She was born in West Mugirango, Nyamira, on 28th February, 1949.

Hon. Nyamato was the beloved wife of the late John Silas Nyamato.

She was the cherished daughter of the late Alexander Onkangi Ocharo and Pauline Nyabiage.

She is survived by her loving children: Roselyn Kwenda, Maureen Nyamato (USA), Dr Ernest Nyamato, Peter Nyamato, and Judy Nyamato.

She was a respected Kenyan civil servant and politician, serving as Chief Principal Immigration Officer and later as a Member of Parliament, advocating for the welfare of Kenyans. Her body is preserved at the Lee Funeral Home, Nairobi.

Family members and friends are meeting daily for prayers at her Kitisuru Country Homes residence (house No. 1), Nyansiongo home (Kijauri) and All Saint’s Cathedral from 5.00pm.
