Son of the late Erastus Muchuriku and late Gladys Wairimu. Son in law of the late Lilian Muringi Muthoka.

Beloved husband of Rev. Anne Gitahi (PCEA Ngaini Parish, Tumutumu Presbytery). He was father of Rose Wairimu, Lilian Muringi, and Angela Njeri. Father in law of Musafiri Sebiziga.

Loving and present grandfather of Kyle Gitahi, Kito Maina, and Myla Sebiziga.

The cortege leaves Outspan Funeral Home, Nyeri on August 18,2025 at 8:00 a.m. for a funeral service at PCEA Nyamachaki from 10:00 am.He will later be laid to rest at his home in Muruguru, Nyeri.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home – Nakuru on Sunday, 17th August, 2025, to Exodus SDA Church for a brief prayer service and later overnight stay at the family home in Ex-Margaret Area, Rongai Sub-county. The burial will take place on Monday, 18th August, 2025.

Daughter of the late Stephen Mwaura Gichuhi and the late Mary Wambui Mwaura. Sister of Agnes Wairimu Muchoki and Cecelia Njambi Kamau.

The cortege will then leave Montezuma Funeral Home Nairobi branch, on Friday 22nd August for funeral mass and burial at Ndunyu Njeru, Kinangop.
