It is with humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the passing on of Theophilus Kea Nzoka which occurred on 4th September 2025. Until his demise, he was Branch Manager NCBA Nakuru Branch.

Theo was son of the late Mzee Nzoka Sumbi and Mama Joyce Kitondo of Mwingi Subcounty, Kitui County.

Beloved husband of Violet Kisengo of the County Government of Kisumu. Father of Newson Kea, Brandly Mukalama and Samson Lisisia.

Brother of Monica, Mawia. Joseph, Simon, Munyoki and the late Muange.

Brother-in-law of Wanza, Charles, Christine, Perpetual and Rose.

The caring uncle of Grace, Moffat, Ben, Steven, Sasha, Joyce, Mathew, Joshua, Carol, Frida, Faithe and the late Eric.

The cortege leaves Avenue Funeral Home – Kisumu on 19th September 2025 at 10.00 am for a funeral service at The Friends church-Kisumu, thereafter an overnight travel to his home in Mwingi for interment on the 20th, September 2025.

He was loving husband of Ruth Nyarotso, loving father of Stanslaus Atakos, Ethan Mucheni, Karimax Wakofula and Ava Anyango.

Christopher was the firstborn son of Maurice Mucheni and the late Gaudencia Anyango and step-son of Beatrice Nanjala.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home on Thursday 18th September 2025 for a requiem mass at Nkoroi Catholic Church in Ongata Rongai at 3:00pm, thereafter for his home. The burial will be on Saturday 20th September 2025 at his home in Maliki, Kitale.

She was the daughter of the late Johana Kihuha (Munyoroku) and the late Sarah Wanjiru. She was sister of the late Jane Wanyua, Francis Githegi, and Esther Wagio. She was step sister of Mary Njeri, Simon Kanyutu, Nancy Muthoni, Alice Njau, Godfrey Kairu, John Njoroge, the late Edward Mburu, Peter Waweru, Jane Wanyua, Margaret Wambui, and Grace Huini.

She was mother of Judy Wanjiru, Godfrey Kihuha, Moses Muiru, Jennifer Muthoni, Jane Wanyua, the late Eddah Wanjiku and John Muguiyi.

She was grandmother of Gichuhi Wanjiru, Gichuhi Kihuha, Njeri Muiru, Gichuhi Muthoni, Gichuhi Eddah, Njeri Muguiyi, Gichuhi Wanyua, and many others.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at her Ngababa home, near Kibiku Primary School, from 3:00 p.m, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home, Nairobi, on 19th September 2025 at 8:30 a.m. Prayers will be held at Emmanuel Church, Kibiku, starting from 11:00 a,m. Thereafter: burial will take place at her farm in Ngababa, next to Kirangari bridge.

He was a beloved brother of Hon. Jeniffer Kiptoo, the late Samuel, Enock Argut Kibet of KDF (31 MIB Lokichoggio) Amos, Sylvia, Patriciah, Pastor Susan Kiptum, the late Ruth, Michael, Dr. Kenneth Kibet, Dorcas, Victor, Monica, Rael, and Stanley.

The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 18th September 2025 by 6:00am thereafter funeral service and burial will take place on the same day at his home at Kasoiyo (Kemeloi village), Baringo County. Nelly Murugi Gitari was the devoted mother of Samara and Aj of Nairobi, a cherished daughter of Albert Gitari and Flora Gitari and a loving sister of Joan Gitari. She was a cousin to many, an aunt to many, a family friend to many and genuine friend to many many others.

A Memorial Service will be held in her honour at 10:00AM, Parklands Baptist Church,Westlands, Nairobi on Thursday, September 18,2025 followed by the burial at 2:00PM, Langata Cemetery.

With deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, vie announce the passing on of Jenifer Ndunge Mangu. Jenifer was a distinguished leader whose service spanned several respected institutions. She held key leadership roles within the African Inland Church, where she was known for her passion for child evangelism and generosity for the vulnerable, a leader within Child Evangelism Fellowship, the Rotary Club of Machakos and many others.

Jenifer was an industrious and accomplished businesswoman, being the visionary behind Makamithi Enterprises Ltd, a respected business headquartered in Machakos.

A mother of many, her legacy of leadership, faith, and entrepreneurship remains an enduring inspiration.

Mum departed peacefully, surrounded by family, at her home in Machakos early on Saturday September 13, 2025.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Jonathan Muia Kaatine and Rhoda Kaieni Kaatine and the cherished wife of Gideon Mangu. Mother of Crispus Mangu, Nikolas Thitu, Titus Kaatine Mangu, and Peter Milo Mangu.

Loving sister of the late Richard, the late Mary, the late Shadrack, Joyce, John, Elizabeth, Helen,Ann, and Jane.

She was honored as mother-in-law of Merana, Marie, and Mit’a, and as dear grandmother of Amina, Nora, Mirabehn “Behni-Claudia” and Jacob. Jenifer was a treasured sister-in-law, aunt, niece, cousin, friend, and confidant to many.

Family and friends are gathering daily for prayers and condolences at her home in Upper Kiandani, Machakos, every day from 4 p.m. and at T-Tot Hotel (Wednesday and Friday only) at from 5.30 p.m to 7.30 p.m.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. A memorial service will be held at the Machakos Golf Club, followed by final rites at her home in Kiandani. Burial will be conducted privately by the immediate family.

He was son of the late Petro Anyango Okongo and the late Gaudencia Opiyo Anyango.

The cortege leaves Wilson Airport on V October for Lichota Airstrip, Migori County. Hon. Dr. Dalmas Otieno Anyango will be laid to rest on 2nd October 2025 at his home in Kangeso Village, Kamagambo Location, Rongo Constituency, Migori County.

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Norman Bedford Pim on Monday, 8th September 2025, after a short illness.

He was the son of the late Francis Bedford-Pim and the late Esther Chesaina Bedford-Pim.

Husband of Lilian Chepkorir Maiyo. He was a loving father and grandfather, cherished brother, uncle and friend of many.

He was the dear brother of David Kipkoech Kogo, Celia Bedford-Pim, and Francesca Pim-Kaime.

The cortege will leave Eldoret Norman Bedford Hospital on Thursday, 18th September Pim 2025 at 10:00 AM to his Kitale home in Spring Valley, opposite Winner’s Chapel.

He will be laid to rest on Friday, 19th September 2025 at his Kitale home.
