Jane was a cherished sister of Hon. Pst Daniel Muoki & Monica, Andrew & Regina, Barnabas & the late Zipporah & Agnes, John & Marrieter, Onesmus & Assumpta, Shadrack & Ruth, Mulia, Meshack & Janet, the late James Musembi, the late Martin Munguti, the late Francis Kioko, the late Nzitani Ngunia, the late Nundu Mutunga and the late Mueni Munyao.

She was a loving grandmother of Eunice & Melchizedek, Mary & Kamau, Muoki & Rebecca, Kioko & Ann, Richard (USA) and Joel (USA).

Family and friends continue to gather at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi on Tuesday and Wednesday at SP.M and at her home in Nthaani Village, Muthetheni Location at 4:00 p.m for service and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Machakos, on Friday, 12th September 2025. Funeral service and burial will take place on the same day at her home in Nthaani Village, Muthetheni Location, Mwala, Machakos County.

It is with deep sorrow, yet with humble acceptance of the Lord’s will, that we announce the passing on of the late Mama Florence Otuge Aduda, which occurred on 27th August 2025 at Coptic Hospital, Nairobi, after a short illness.

She was the beloved wife of the late Mwalimu Henry Aduda Kola of Kano Kobura, Bonde Village, Kisumu County. Mama Florence was the cherished mother of Lordvick Omondi Aduda, Samuel Odhiambo Aduda, Daniel Oluoch Aduda, Betty Nancy Anyango, Emily Akinyi Aduda, and the late Tom Felix Aduda, Victor Onyango Aduda, and George Moses Kola Aduda.

She was the daughter of the late Mzee Joseph Omogo Hongo and Mama Serfina Ombuya of Seme Katieno, Bar Korwa, and sister of the late Mathews Ochieng Omogo, the late Councillor Martin Ado Omogo,Alex Adagi, Mama Juliana Agola, Dr. Nick Omogo, and the late Nicholas Suja Omogo.

She was a daughter-in-law of the late Mzee Nathan Kola Adie and the late Mama Beldina Kola of Kano Kobura, Bonde Village. She was  also a sister-in-law of Sylvano Otieno Kola, Esther Ogalo, Dr. Pamela Kola, Catherine Kola, Jane, Emily, Herka, Mary, and of the late Dr.A.A Kola, Chore Kola, Oguya Kola, Ochieng Kola, Maurice Juma Kola, Obura Kola, Phoebe Afwata, and Rose.

Mama Florence was a devoted mother-in-law of Winnie Omondi, Alice Aduda, Mary Aduda, Jacqueline Aduda, and Alex Amayi, and a loving grandmother of Seraphine Ombuya, Daniel Aduda Omondi, Henrick Aduda, Sharon Aduda, Mitchell Aduda, Samuel Aduda, Meg Florence, Didi Diego, Elvis, Zuri, Gloria, Blessing Alex Amayi, Joy, Gift, Leon and Joseph.

She was also a beloved aunt of Nina, Bobby, Mariam, Candice, Jonathan, Seth, Nathan, Chris,Vaslus, Fred, Antony, Frank, Ken, Musa, and many others.

A requiem mass will be held on Friday, 12th September 2025 at Kibuye Catholic Church from 2:30 p.m., and her burial will take place on Saturday, 13th September 2025 at her home in Bonde Kakoko Village, Lela Sub-Location, Kadibo, Kano Kobura.

The cortege will depart Lee Funeral Home on Thursday, 11th September 2025 at 8.00am, proceed to St Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Kikuyu for a funeral service at 11.00am, thereafter to his father’s home in Limuru for interment, 200 metres from the Limuru Law Courts.

1st Year Anniversary

2007 – 2024

It’s now a year since you went to be with the Lord. You are irreplaceable Sharky… Ashley and I pray for your spirit to RIP.

It’s with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Owuor Ouda who departed this life peacefully on Sunday, 17th August 2025.

Robert was born in 1978 to Mama Syprosa Owuor and the late Mr.Richard Owuor Ouda.

Throughout his life, he was known for his kindness, generosity and his unwavering love for family and friends.

Robert was an employee of TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya Plc in the Commercial Retail & Card Department. He devoted his career to building a legacy of excellence in Service Station Management, with special skills in fraud detection, controlling and global reconciliation. He was greatly admired for his ability to train and mentor his team, his warm smile and commitment to helping others.

Robert is survived by his wife, Emily Adhiambo, Son, Jesse Owuor and daughters Favor Esther, Faith Maria and Abigael Wilma.

His brothers are Nehemiah, Jacktone, Naphtali, James, Meshack, Vincent, Martin, Walter and George. His sisters are Jessica, Jane, Grace, Hellen, Tabitha, Apiyo, Penina, Judy, Melesia, Caroline, Millicent and Elizabeth.

The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary on 12th September, 2025 for a funeral service at the CCA Johera Ulumbi church in Ulumbi Village Gem Yala. The burial Ceremony will be held in his home in Ulumbi Villlage on 13th September 2025. Friends and relatives are invited to celebrate his life and legacy.

Loving husband of Veronica Vaati Mwosya. Father & mentor of Jackson Kimeu Mwosya, Josephine Kalunde Mwosya, Fredrick Kimanthi Mwosya and Edna Syomiti Mwosya. Jovial and playful Grandfather of Hawi Vaati, Reign Mali and Djimon Nyamai.

Responsible brother of Regina Kaifu Mumo, Ndemi Kilusi, the late Peter Nyamai, Lina Nyamai, Susan Nyamai,Velentina Nyamai, Mutie Nyamai, Mariam Makau, Katherine Kanzi Nyamai, Francisca Kathule Nyamai Father in law of Ruby Atieno, Matthew Mutua and a friend to many.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, service and excellence that will forever be treasured by his family and friends.

With profound sorrow and in humble submission to the will of God, we announce the passing into eternal glory of our beloved Mama Salome Nyaboke Ongwae, who rested in the Lord on Tuesday,August 26, 2025, at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi after a long period of illness borne with grace and fortitude.

Mama Salome was the cherished daughter of the late William Onchonga and the late Anne Kemuma Onchonga of Mwakibagendi, Kitutu Chache North, Bwo’nchonga.

She was the devoted wife of Nelson Ongwae Monari and co-wife of Grace Moraa Ongwae of Roma Sub-location. Marani District, Kisii County.

A pillar of strength and love, Mama Salome was blessed with six children: Dennis Ongwae (NPS), Obadiah Ooga Ongwae (Ministry of Water), Edna Kwamboka (UK), Nevian Kerubo (USA), Bethwel Monari Ongwae (KPLC-Machakos), and Maureen Kemunto (UK). Beyond her immediate children, she lovingly embraced her role as stepmother to many, including H.E.Hon James E.O.Ongwac EGH, former Governor of Kisii County as well as Alice (MSA), the late Bosire, Edward (NRB), Dr. Enock Ongwae (Sweden), the late Evans, Margaret (NRB), Mike (USA), Timothy (Roma.), Lillian (NSDCC—Nairobi).

As a mother-in-law, she graciously welcomed into her family Risper Makori (KCG), Dr Laban Thiga (KUTRRH), Robert Nyaraki (USA). and Lister Mbura (KCG). She was also a stepmother-in-law to Elizabeth, North, Linet, Bernedatte, Jellah, Pamela, and Mathews Oscar.

She was a beloved sister of the late Obiero, the late Milka Nyakainba Ooko, late Maria Bawveta Manyura.S.agini, and others and a respected sister-in-law of Prof. Bosire Monare, Amb,Yabesh Monari (DPR New York), James Gesumwa (USA), Zachariah Omwocha, Henry Onsongo, the late Meshack Arande, the late Boyani, the late Moraa, the late Gechemba, the late Char ies Mokaya, the late Steven Gesumwa and late Omwocha Monari,

Mama Salome was also in-law of the late Andrew and Basibika Makori of Kiogoro,Daniel and Grace Thiga of Othaya-Nyeri, the late Samson and Hellen Obwaya of Taracha, Justus Mbura Nyangaga and the late Monicah Nyakerano Mbura of Nyiramba- Nyamira County.

She was a loving aunt of Jeremiah Mayieka, Oreni Kcnyenga, Tom Mokaya, Amwoma, Kerongo, Patriciah, James Mellen, Eunice, the late Aloyce, the Mayiekas, the Ondeus, the Mokayas, the Arandes, the Onsongos, the Omwochas, the Boyanis, the Gethembas and the Moraas among many others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Professional Centre Nairobi, Riara Valle Apartments Gatura rd Nairobi and Nyagoto Home in Rioma Kisii daily from 5.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

She was a beloved granddaughter of the late Sgt. Mathews Adeka Okello and Mama Consolata Adeka; the late Mzee Harrison Sakwa Andala and Mama Violet Amukowa Andala of Kakamega County; George Mai Okello; and the Owades, Otwalas, Gulos, Owallas, Ontiris, Weftingtons and Amwomos.
