It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Rosemary Chebet Kimeto on Wednesday 27th August 2025 at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi.

She was the beloved wife of Eng. Joseph Kimeto.

She was the daughter of the late Robert Chebose and the late Mama Paulina Chebose of Rotik, Ndanai. Sister of Christopher, late Wilson, Selina, late Catherine, Linah, Charles, James, late Leonard and Paul. Stepsister of Lucia, Francis, Mary, late Peter, Margaret, late Stephen and late Sosten.

She was a cherished daughter in-law of the late Kenduiywo Koirotwet and the late Elizabeth Koirotwet.

She was a devoted and loving mother of Raymond Langat (Entrepreneur, Ndanai), Eunice Chepkemoi (Aga Khan University),Annet Chemutai (Medisel Kenya Ltd), Harry Langat, Emma Chepkoech (Equity Bank,Timau) and Felix Langat.

She was a loving mother-in-law of the late Fancy Langat and Mercy Langat and loving grandmother of Beth Chemutai, Colletta Chepkirui and Macron Kipkoskei.

She was the sister-in-law of Teresia Chemur, the late Principal Samuel Kimeto, Rosemary Chepchirchir Kimeto, Juliana Kimeto, the late Hon. Anthony Kimeto, the late Priscilla Kimeto and the late Kipkoech.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Labona Pronto Restaurant, upper hill Nairobi, and at her Kapchepkoro home, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves the Aga Khan Hospital Morgue on Friday 5th September 2025 in the morning for a requiem Mass the same day at Souk Catholic Church at 2:oopm, thereafter proceed to Kapchepkoro home for overnight vigil. The burial will be held on Saturday 6th September 2025 at her home, Kapchepkoro, Sotik Sub-County, Bomet County.

It is with deep sorrow and in humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our beloved Moses Muriu Mbugua on Saturday, 30th August 2025.
He was the cherished son of the late Nimrod Mbugua and the late Peris Mumbi. Moses was a devoted husband to Mary Magiri, a loving father to Mumbi, Lilian, and Mbugua, and a cherished father-in-law to Muiruri, Ndiba, and Ann. He was also a doting grandfather to Catherine, Barbara, Feby, Tracy, and Ryan.
Moses was a beloved brother to the late Diana Wangui, Mary Wairimu, the late John Karanja JP, the late Beatrice Ruhiu, and the late Alex Kangethe.
The Cortege will leave Montezuma/Monalisa Funeral Home on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. Thereafter, the Funeral Service will be held at PCEA Ondiri Church at 11 am, and burial will follow immediately at his home in Ondiri.

The Kenya Broadcasting Corporation announces with deep sorrow the passing of Mr. George Otieno Ribba, who passed away on Tuesday, 29th July 2025. Until his demise, George was a Senior Revenue Accountant at the Corporation’s Kisumu Station.

George will be fondly remembered for his humility, integrity, generosity, and unwavering dedication to public service.

He was a husband of Mercy Jacqueline Atieno and father of Gerald Lazarus Omondi (Kabarak University), Nicole Loice Adhiambo (Kabarak University), Nadia Anna Akinyi, and Neema Ivanna Esther.
