It is with deep sorrow and in submission to God’s will, we announce the sudden and untimely passing of Mr. Joseph Munyendo Masoso, who was called to be with the Lord on Friday, 26th September 2025.

He was the beloved son of the late Isaiah Masoso and Elizabeth Rupia.

A devoted husband of the late Janifer Okutoyi, and is survived by his dear wife Rosemary Mwenje. A loving and committed father of the late Dr. Honington Temesi of National Oil Corporation, Ibrahim Munyendo of Crown Paints Kenya PLC, Isaac Koinange, Eunice Leah, Caroline Nichesa, Philis Omito, Achieng, Rupia, Davin, Risper, Benard Nelima, and Esther.

A cherished brother of the late Henry Walumasi, Simon Shireku, the late Elder Wanga, Jesicah Khafwire and Julia Mutsoli.

Father-in-law of Lillian Aura of Mount Kenya University and Caren, and a cherished grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the family home in Mung’ang’a Village, Mumias East Constituency for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Kakamega Funeral Parlor on Thursday, 9TH October 2025, with the burial scheduled for Friday, 10th October 2025.

Until his death, he was an employee of the Executive Office of the President.

He was the husband of Rose Omina Nyabuto, father of Victor Juma Nyabuto, Nigine Nyaega Nyabuto, Nelly Nyakara Nyabuto and Liz Kemunto Nyabuto. Grandfather of Ethan Nyabuto, Takim Nyabuto and Denzel Omurunga.

Son of the late Samuel Chuma and Keremensia Kemunto, son in law of Roseline Osita and the late Samuel Askari.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his home in Umoja 3 at 6.00pm to 10 pm for funeral arrangements, the main Fundraising will be conducted on Wednesday 8th October, 2025 at Garden Square along City Hall way at 5.00 p.m.

Burial date is on 10th of October, 2025 at his home in Bassi Masige West Kisii County.

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Engineer Ezra Mwenda Kirema, who went of be with the Lord on 29th September 2025 after a short illness.

Born on 20th June 1994, Era was a devoted husband of Doreen Mwendwa and a loving father of Ivan Mutethia.

He was the cherished son of the late Paul Kirema and Teresia Gakui, and a beloved brother of Nathan, Ken,Antony, Lilian, and Alex.

He was son in law of Jeremiah Miriti, Elizabeth Nkatha and Triphosa Gacui. He was a brother-in-law of Faith, Linnet, Sally, Purity, Kirianki, Karim’, Kathomi, Gakii, Mutura, Ken, Murangiri, Karambu, Maingi and Lily.

He was an uncle of Alex, Celine, Stacey, Junior, Rayallen, Trizah, Susan, Brian, and Nillan.

Engineer Kirema served with great dedication and humility in the County Government of Meru, where he earned deep admiration for his commitment of excellence and service to the community.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, 10th October 2025 at 12:00 PM at All Saints Kaliene Catholic Church, followed by burial at his family home in Mikinduri.
