It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dobson Joshua Kabugua Ngari on September 29, 2025 in Johannesburg, South Africa, after a short illness.

Beloved husband of Rev. Agnes Njeri Ngari, devoted father of Dennis Mbugua, Lance Katwa, and Allan Rutambo. Father-in-law of Motlotleng, and cherished grandfather of Isabelle, Roberta, Yehoshua, Ariella and Leigh-Ann.

Born in Kibirigwi Village, Kirinyaga County, of the late Joshua Kabugua Rutambo and Lydia Wamiru Kabugua, Dobson was the brother of the late Susan Wanjiku, the late Jafeth Muriuki, the late Benjamin Ikahu, the late Eliphaso Njogu, the late Nehemia Mwangi, the late Justus Kiboko, and the late Norman Kinyua.

A man of deep faith, he also ministered as a Pastor with the Watchmen’s Prayer Ministry — Israel/Africa Project, faithfully serving congregations in Kiangwachi and Kibirigwi.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home in Kabati on Wednesday 8 October 2025 at 9.00am for the funeral service at 11.00 a.m. followed by the burial at his home in Kiangwachi.

It is with deep grief and sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Mathe Chege who rested on 28th September 2025 after a long battle with illness. Until his demise, Paul was an Assistant Manager, Patent Division, Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIP1).

Paul was husband of the late Mary Wanja Mathe, father of Vincent Chege Mathe, Joseph Mukui Mathe, George Karanja Mathe and Patrick Chege Mathe.

He was born on 7th October 1967 to the late Jacob Chege Mathe and the late Lucia Mumbi Chege. He was brother of George Karanja Chege, David Muturi Chege, Francis Waweru Chege, Joseph Wairegi Chege, Hannah Wanjiku Chege, Maria Wambui Chege and John Ndirangu Chege.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 8th October 2025 at Gacharage, St. Matias Mulumba Catholic Church and thereafter burial at his home in Gaitete Village, Gatundu South, Kiambu County.

Meanwhile the family and friends are meeting at their residence in Greenwood Estate, Kasarani opposite ICIPE Head Office for prayers.
