Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Kiguru Village, Amboni Sub Location, Mweiga Location for prayers and burial preparations.

The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral Home on Tuesday 9th December 2025 at 8:00 a.m. for a funeral service at Kiguru P.C.E.A church at 10:00 a.m followed by burial at her home in Kiguru farm.

She was wife of the late Nadiko Lokorongor. She was mother of Hon. Joyce Emanikor, Susan Achemerit (CSO,Aro Sub-county) and the late Evans Lokeris.

She was grandmother of David Eregae Emanikor (Lokapel High School), Wakili Ruth Emanikor (County Attorney, Turkana), Eng. Malacky Ekal Emanikor (GDC), Peter Etelej Emanikor (Microsoft), Elizabbeth Muthoni Moi (Turkana County Government), Wakili Ephantus Nyagah Moi (State Counsel, Baringo), Terry Wanja Moi, Milton Lokeris, Doreen Looya Lokeris, Pascaline Akai Lokeris, Eregae Lokeris, and CPA Elvis Apur Lokeris (INKOMOKO, Kakuma).

She was mother in-law of former TSC Commissioner Isaya Emanikor Ethuro, Mwalimu Moi Nyagah and Rodah Payo.

She was in-law of Rt. Hon. Ekwe Ethuro, former senate Speaker.

Mama Jane Apur hails from Lokori Location, Lokori Division,Turkana East Sub-County, Turkana County.

Daily prayer meetings are being held at her home in Lokori Town.

The cortege leaves Lodwar Mortuary on 12/1 2/25 at 3.00 pm for Lokori. Burial will take place on 13/12/25 at their home in Lokori, conducted by the AIC Church, Lokori.

Beloved husband of the late Joyce Atieno Onyango, and devoted father of Patricia, Lydia, the late Brenda, Evelyne and Steve. He was a loving grandfather of Diouf, Joyceline, Dre, Nico, Arsen, William, Joseph Jnr and Amari.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing away of William Onyango Chienjo of Technical University of Kenya (TUK) on 26th November 2025.

William was the husband of Dr Stella Nyagwencha of USIU-Africa and father of Omondi Chienjo, Ochieng Onyango and Otieno Gweth Onyango.

William was son of the late Chienjo Ogwang’ and the late Lorna Chienjo of Jimo Ragen, Nyakach Sub County, in Kisumu County.

He was step son of Hellen Chienjo and son in law of Davison Nyagwencha, the late Keziah Nyagwencha, and Hellen Nyagwencha.

Brother of Margaret Atonga, the late Nicodemus Obuong’, Tom Agai, Denish Otieno, Doris Achieng’, the late Lazarus Odwar and Zilpha Adhiambo.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mathew Ntulwe Wasambo Were.

He as the beloved son of the late Luka Wasambo Were and the late Margaret Wasambo Were of Gem Nyawara.

Mathew was a devoted father of Precious Ntulwe and a cherished brother of Yoni , Wasambo Were and Tim Wasambo Were.

He was a loving uncle of Nadia Were, Rania Were, Naeem Were, Navuri Wasambo, Purity, Sasha and Christine. He was also a dear nephew and cousin to many and will be deeply missed.

A fundraising event will be held on 6th December 2025 at Muthangari Suites off Gitanga Road from 2:00 p.m.

The cortege will leave Yala Sub–County Mortuary on 9th December 2025 at 12:00P.m. for a requiem mass at ACK St. Joseph Nyawara Church, followed by an overnight vigil at his home. Mathew will be laid to rest on 10th December 2025 at the family home in Nyawara, Central Gem, Yala.

Mayaka was the cherished son of the late Silvanus Osiemo and Mama Aska Nyakerario of Machurieti Village, Nyamakoroto Location, Nyamira County.

He was a devoted husband of Josephine Kemunto and a loving father of Nickson Okemwa, the late Alfa Mokaya, Wendy Moraa and Viginia Mongina.

The late Godfrey was a beloved brother of Esther Kemunto, Mary Nyanchama, Eunice Nyaboke, Martha }iwarnhoka, Daniel Onyiego and Sabina Moraa.

He was grandfather of Alfaxad, Jensen, lea ms Mark, Tolstoy, Milna and Alfah.

The cortege leaves St. Joseph’S Mission Hospital on 4/12/2025 and burial will take place on 5/12/25 at Machurieti village, Nyamira County.

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mama Jane Achieng Okongo, who rested on the morning of 14th November 2025 at Kenyatta National Hospital after an illness bravely borne.

Mama Jane was born to the late Jacob Ochuodho, the late Phoebe Auma and the late Hellen Anyango of Kendu Bay, Kakwajuok Village, Gendia.

Beloved wife of the late Elder Samson Okongo Nyakundi. Mother of Lilian Awuor, Edwin Otieno, Diana Anyango, Everline Atieno, Joel Odhiambo,Wendy Akoth and Frank Nyakundi. Mother in law of Meritta Maunda, Agnes Ogwe, the late Benson Ochieng Ogendo,Vincent Opiyo Ogaya (of Alego Upanda), Joshua Wayumba and Pastor Kepha Odhiambo.

She was sister of the late Elizabeth Atieno, Gordon Ochuodho, Gideon Magak, the late Rose, the late Mary, Monica, Linet, Tom, the late Gladys, Tabitha, Eunita, Zachary; Calvince, the late Luka Odera, the late Beatrice Adhiambo, Joab and Peter Odera.

Doting grandmother of Derrick, Daizy, Jack, Ben, Delany, Daniella, Samson, Hawi, Marlene, Davoh, Marbel, Mitchelle, Mark, Vin, Isaac Lawrence, Ada, Austine, Nina, Ivan, Ivy and Jane.

Mama Jane was a devoted Christian and a long-serving member of Kameji SDA Church, where she served faithfully and provided leadership in various capacities including as Choir Director, Elder, Head Deaconess, Treasurer and leader in Women’s Ministries and Dorcas.

The cortege will leave Tabaka Mission Hospital on Thursday. 4th December 2025 for an overnight vigil at her home in Kameji. The funeral service will be held on Friday, 5th December 2025 at Kameji Secondary School, Rongo Kamagambo, followed by burial at her home.

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Mark Mwiti of Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Meru Branch which occurred on November 26, 2025. The late Mark Mwiti was born and lived in Laibocha Village, Amethu Sublocation, Karama Location,Tigania East Sub-County in Meru County.

He was the son of Ann Nkatha Mwingirwa, a teacher at Antuanduru Primary School. Mark was brother of Ian Wambugu and Alvin Muthomi.

Husband of Joanina Kanario and father of Amelia Joy Kendi.

He was the grandson of retired A.E.O. Joseph Mwingirwa Kibaki and retired nurse Lydia Nkoyai Mwingirwa and cousin of Justin and Kendi. Further, Mark was a nephew of Dr. Irene Mukiri Mwingirwa, the late Obadiah Thiaine Mwingirwa, the late Timothy Ntongai Mwingirwa and the late Mithika and Onesmas Murega.

Mark was the son-in-law of Peter Meeme and Ajelina Kanja.

The cortege leaves St. John’s Tigania Hospital Morgue at 9:00 am. Burial date will be on 5th December 2025 at Karama location home next to Laibocha Primary School.

In God’s hands may he rest. In our hearts, he will always stay, loved, and remembered every day. His legacy lives on.
