Our dearly departed has gone to rest in the arms of the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and unwavering faith.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and burial preparations at his Nairobi family home, from 5:00pm.

Son of the late John Njenga and the late Zipporah Wangare. Step-son of Mary Gachahi. Husband of Jacinta Njeri.

Father of John Njenga, Juvernalis Waweru, and Alice Wairimu. Father in love of Frasiah Nungari. Grandfather of Mabelle Nieri, Jacob Mimera and others.

Brother of Dr. Chege (Kt!), Dr. Naomi (Nkr), Dr. Ngethe (Nkr), late Mary Mwihaki, Ann Nyambura, Japheth Gachie, Paul Mwangi, Ruth Wanjiku, Peter Chege, Esther Nganga, the late Francis Maguru, and late Mercy Wanjiku.

He was in-law of the Ngethe’s, Waweru’s, and Karenge’s.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Ngorika Ndogo near Roots Academy for prayers and burial arrangements from 4.00pm.

Body viewing will take place at Umash Funeral Home from 7.00 am on 6th December 2025.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home at 8.00am on Saturday 6th December 2025 for burial service at Molo Twenty Acres, Molo town, Nakuru County and thereafter, interment at the same location.

Beloved wife of Paul Muhoro.

Daughter of Charles Wambugu and Anne Wairimu of Naivasha.

Loving mother of Peter Wambugu of Karuri High School and Jasmine Wairimu of Castle Academy.

Cherished granddaughter of David Njau (DN) Wambugu of Runda (Potychem East Africa), Mrs. Edith Haki of Thika and Mrs. Teresia Wakarera of Matuguta.

Sister of Antony Wakarera W. and Joyce Njeri of Nanyuki, and Brenda Wanjiru W.

Auntie of Leon Wambugu. Daughter-in-law of Hannah Wairimu of Irikia.

Sister-in-law of Rev. Stephen Njoroge (Soul Winner Church) and John Ngigii of Kabete High School.

Edith was an adored niece of John Gathuri Wakarera, Jennifer Wango, Joyce, and Gerald of Wambugu Thika; Peter Thuo of Mombasa; Mark Wambugu, Sam Muita, and Christine Wanjiru of Runda; Leonard Mbugua (Stereo), Ken Wakarera, and Ben Mbugua of Banana Hill; and the entire Njihia family Peter Muchai, Hannah Njagi, Rev. Maggie, Bishop Charles (Mamlaka), Isaac, Eunice, Ruth (Immigration Department), Paul, and Sam. Edith was a beloved cousin and friend to many.

The funeral service and burial will be held on 5th December 2025 at Matuguta Primary School, Githiga Village, Githunguri Sub-County.

Mother of Lyndon Mungai Karanja (formerly Uniform Distributor), Betty Wambui Karanja (Greenvale School Eldoret), Renard Kariuki Karanja Kiki (City Market) and Janet Njeri Karanja (Eldoret).

Sister of Njuguna and Wanjiku, the late Kago, Ruguru, Njenga, Muturi, Wairimu, Kimuyu and Gitau.

Mother in law of Caroline Kariuki and the late Ruth Mungai. Dotting grandmother of Alvin Mbugua, Ryan Sammy Karanja, Camisha Muthoni Kariuki, Tanisha Muthoni Kariuki, Kwame Karanja Njeri and Sammy Karanja Kariuki.

The cortege leaves Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on Friday 5th December 2025 at 9:00am. Followed by a Church Service at ACK St. Peter Church, Uthiru. Thereafter burial at their home Uthiru Co-operation.

It is with deep sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Dr. John Kioko Musingi of lutamboo Village, Kithyoko Sub-location, Masinga sub-county on 25th November 2025 at the M.P Shah Hospital after a short illness.

He was the beloved son of the late Musingi lvivya and the late Grace Musingi.

He was the devoted spouse of Jane Ndinda Mutiso, and a loving father of Arch. Sammy Mutinda Kioko and father in-law of Sheila Makena Mutinda. His presence in their lives was a source of unwavering love, guidance, and strength.

Dr. John Musingi was a brother of Joice Kimolo, Robert Musingi, Joseph Musingi, Rose Kitonyi, Mary Mutuku, Jane Nduli, and Martin Musingi.

He was a son-in-law of the late Eliud Mutiso and the late Florence Mwikali. He was a brother in-law of Kimolo, Ruth, the late Beatrice, the late Rosalia, Benard Kitonyi, Mutuku, Anthony Nduli, Magret, the late Henry, Peter, Haidah, Isaac among others. Other in-laws are Dr Muriithi Gatumo and Dr Susan Muriithi of Chuka.

He was a loving uncle of the late Benson Mull, Miriam, Gladys, Irene,Wanza,the late Miriam, Mbinya, Ngina Mary, Caroline, Gloria,Tony Musingi, Muthui, Mulinge, Francis, oseph Kimolo, Pascaline, Benedict, Benjamin, Caroline Kitonyi, late Yvonne, Esther, Mathew, Musingi among others.

There will be a fund drive on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 from 5:00pm at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi.

The Burial Service will be held on Friday, 5th December 2025, at his home in Kavenge, Kithyoko starting from 10:30 a.m.
