Agnes Mbaire Karuma

We announce the death of Agnes Mbaire Karuma of Gathuki-ini village, Murang’a County, which occurred on Friday 31st May, 2019 after a short illness.

Beloved wife of the late Eutychus Karurna Gachuru. Daughter of the late Arthur Simba and the late Jane Wanjiku Arthur. Mother of Irene Mumbi (Gathuki-ini), Jane Wanjiku Karuma (St. Anne Academy Gathuki-ini), Margaret Waruguru Njuguna (Githurai, Nairobi), the late Edwin Gachuru, George Maina Karuma (Nakuru), Susan Muthoni Gichohi (Gaitheri Village), Beatrice Nyambura Kamau (Banana, Kiambu), Livingstone Maganjo Karuma (KCA University) and Willy Wanjohi Karuma (Githurai, Nairobi). Sister, grandmother and great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, in-law, friend of many.

Family and friends are meeting at Beaver House, 4th Floor (Opposite Ambassador Hotel) Nairobi from 6.00pm to 8.00pm, at Mbotco Plaza Kenol and at her home in Gathuki-ini village, Murang’a for funeral preparation.

The funeral entourage will leave Murang’a Hospital Mortuary at 9.00am on Saturday 8th June, 2019. The funeral service will be held at ACK St. Michael Church Gathuki-ini, Gaturi Location Murang’a County from 11.00am and thereafter the burial at home in Gathuki-ini village.
