We announce the sudden demise of Angela Kagwiria Maundu of Nzangathi village, Kitui County, on Saturday 1st June 2019 at St. Francis Hospital, Kasarani. The late Angela was a Teacher at Ndula Secondary School, Thika.

Daughter of Fredrick and Adelina Mugambi Nkuraru of Kanyakine Meru. Wife of Dr. Charles Maundu (Mercylight Hospital Kiambu). Mother of Aryanna Mwende (Playway Educational Centre, Kahawa Wendani) and Baby Zane Josh. Daughter-in-law of Joshua and Pauline Kilunda. Sister of Emma, Regina, Christine and Mark. Sister-in-law of Philip and Mary Joel and Rose, David and lyalan, Loise and Benard and James and Zipporah.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Jostem Inn, Kahawa Wendani, Royal Prince Hotel Meru, her village Kanyakine Meru and Nzangathi Kitui from 5.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Saturday 8th 2019 at 6.30am and later proceed to lay her to rest at her home in Nzangathi, Kitui County.
