It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Agnes Mutethya Muimi which occurred on 15th August, 2019.

Loving wife of the late Honourable James Nzau Muimi. Sister of Joyce Ndendwa Mutua, Damaris Kilonzo, the late Tabitha Ngui, the late Jacob Vuva, the late Sarah Ndunda, the late Judah Vuva, the late Rachel Mutisya, the late Lydia Kiambaa, the late Paul Vuva, the late Solomon Bubba and the late Priscilla Nzomo.

Mother of David and Agnes Muimi, Margaret Kasina, the late Ruth and Justice Waki, the late Dr. Katini and the late Dr Oki Ooko Ombaka, Joyce Muimi, Bubba and Catherine Muimi, Kyalo and Lucy Muimi and Jennifer and Cephas Osoro.

Grandmother of Eric, Rosemary, Muli, the late Wambua, Kasina, Mwikali, Katuta, Musyoka, Alice, Dr. Tele, Nzau Waki, Nzisa, Amandla, Akinyi, James, Mark, Antoinette, Nzau Muimi, Ellah, Janet, Tatitana, James Nzau, Stephanie, Maui, Montilla and Mwalimu. Great-grandmother of Philip Kasuva, Jeremy, amongst others.

There will be a funds-drive to prepare the ultimate celebration of mum’s life on Friday 23rd August, 2019 at 6.00pm at the Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road.

Family and Friends will continue to meet on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th August, 2019 for prayers and funeral arrangement at the same venue.

There will be a funeral service at Baptist Church on Wednesday 28th August Burial will be held on Friday 30th August, 2019 in Kitui.
