It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Agnes Wanjiru Mwangi that occurred on Thursday, 19th June 2025.

Daughter of the late Jeremano Kahunyo and late Cecilia Wambui.

Wife of James Mwangi. Mother of Francis Muriithi, Jeremano Kahunyo, Mary Muthoni, Cecilia Wambui and Ann Nyaguthii.

Sister of Regina Muthoni, Margaret Nduta, Lucy Njambi, Renard Mull, late Rose Wahito, Teresa Wambura and Joseph Kahiu.

In-law of Johnstone Ndegwa (Dillons), Michael Gikandi (Liquorer), Engineer Meshack, Hellen Wanjira and Grace Wangari. Sister in-law of the late Simon Muriithi and Mary Muthoni.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Njege Village, Mihuti starting at 6.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Tumutumu Hospital Mortuary on Friday, 27th June 2025 at 8.00am, followed by a funeral service at Mihuti Secondary School ground starting at 10.00am, thereafter, interment at her home in Njege Village, Mihuti, Mukurwe-ini, Nyeri.
