Alice Kitapo Mpaima

It’s with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Mrs.Alice Kitapo Mpaima, which occurred on the evening of 17th of March 2024, while undergoing treatment The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi.

Alice was a beloved wife of Daniel Kuseyo Mpaima. She was a mother of Bridget Mpaima, Hon Newton Lenana Mpaima (Former MP Aspirant Narok East Constituency), Israel Lemayian Mpaima (Narok County Government and FIFA referee) Kelvin Mpaima, Alex “Furgie” Mpaima and Jael Mereyian.

She was the daughter of the late Rawua Karbolo and the late Nalotu-esha Sanayia Karbolo. She was a step daughter of the late Kitinti Karbolo, the late Nashiru Karbolo and Nabaru Karbolo.

Alice was a loving sister of Daniel Gisa Karbolo, Turanta Karbolo, Nalemuta Butu, Nasuju Kiminta, Sham Karbolo, Parakuo Nteei, Kumomali Kiminta, Stephen Kayioni Karbolo, the late Ntini Karbolo and Biki Karbolo. She had 41 and 32 step brothers and sisters respectively.

She was a mother-in-law of Robert Mwangi and Stella Saatin Konchella.

Loved and happily referred of as Kokoo by Pires Sonkoi (Litein High School), Abigail Mereso, Winslet Sanau, Juliet Seema, Millicent Namayian, Melvin Letipat, Zion Lempiris, Inan Moheka; Ithan Sampao and Kamala Sampei.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home Nairobi on Saturday, 30th March 2024 at 7:00 am for a funeral Service and burial at her home, Oloolpironito Village, Narok East Constituency, Narok County.
