It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Anna Murima Nderitu (Nyina wa Itegi) which occurred on 8th March 2019 after a long illness.

Daughter of the late Cornelius Itegi and the late Miriam Mukami. Wife of Charles Nderitu Kiruki. Lovely mother of Samuel Ngunjiri, Beatrice Wairimu, Alice Mukami, Peris Wanjiru,Amos Itegi, Isaiah Macharia, Dr, Haron Munyori and Job Ndegwa. Sister of Wairimu, Karungari, Munyori, the late Washington, Wangechi, the late Githinji,Wanjiru, Itegi, the late Mumbi, the late Maina, Murima, Gichuki,Wangare, Njeri, Kihiu, Gathoni, Maina and Gatimu. Mother-in-law of Wangari, Wambui, Nyawira, Muthoni and the late Kibiru. Grandmother of Edwin, Hezel, Bancy, Andrew, Maureen, Charles, David, Mozart, Cynthia, Heather-, Cedric, Adrian, Ryan, Handel, Hydn, Patience, Briel and Zawadi. Great grandmother of Sheyroleen Cy.

The cortege leaves Nyahururu Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 16th March 2019 at 8:30 am for burial at her home Busara Village, Gikingi Location, Nyandarua County.
