Anselm A. Omwandl (Japuonj)

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing on of our dad, Mr. Anselm Ato Omwandho (Japuonj). He was born in 1943 and died on 16th June 2018 after suffering from cancer of the stomach.

He is survived by two wives, Mary Adhiambo and Pamela Atieno. Father of Dr. Atoh, Fred Ochieng’ (UoN), Beatrice, Judith (late), Pascalia (late), Collins, Mildren, Isdore, Vivian, Benter, Millicent, Zaccheaus, Jacob and Sellah. He had many grandchildren and foster children. Brother of Philip, Francis (Botswana) and Paul. Cousin of Joseph, James (late), Benta (late) and Dr. Daniel among many others. Father-in-law of Martha, Lona and Beatrice among others.

There will be a fundraising on 3rd July, 2018 at the University of Nairobi’s Gadhi Wing, Arziki Lobby from 5.00 pm.

The funeral will take place at his home in Pap Onditi, Kabodho, Kaonga Village in Nyakach on 7th July 2018 from 9.00 am.

Dad, we loved you so dearly, but to rest we have to let you go.
