Anthony Maingi Mati

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mr. Anthony Maingi Mati which occurred on 9th July 2019.

Husband of Cecilia Mwelu Maingi. Son of the late Nathan Mati and Tabitha Mwongeli. Father of Bernard and Esther Mutinda, the late Cosmas and Magdalene Wambua, Redempta and Lawrence Mwalili, Sr. Nelly Wavinya Maingi, Sabina Maingi, Martin and Rose Mati, Bernadette and Dr. Andrew Kiarie Ndonga, Phyllis and Benard Musau, Stellamaris Nzembi Maingi and Alphonse and Mbatha Mwania. Grandfather of Winnie, Sabina, Anthony, Rita, Andrew, Alphonse, Michael and Cecilia among others. Great-grandfather of Joseph and Rita.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the family home in Kangundo. There will be a meeting in Nairobi on Monday 15th July at KICC Tin Tin  Restaurant from 5.30pm.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home in Machakos on Wednesday 17th July for a funeral Mass and burial at the family home in Kangundo Central, Isinga Sub-location, Ngiini village. Mass will begin at 11.30am.
