Arthur Lee Ngugi Ngigi

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our beloved Arthur Lee Ngugi Ngigi.

Lee was a loving son of the late Gabriel Ngigi and the late Eunice Wakini Munene, a devoted brother of Andrew Ngigi, Becky Ngigi, Joseph Kamau, George Ngigi, and Tuni Ngigi.

He was a cherished husband of Wambui Kiarie and a proud, loving father of Eunice Wakini and Teejay Ngigi Ngugi.

Grandson of the late Joel Munene, the late Joyce Munene, the late Jacob Ngugi Ngigi and the late Elizabeth Nduta.

Uncle of Makena Namu, Marcia Kamau, Roger Kuster, Bancie Kamau, Mansa Ngigi, Kevin Kamau, Chloe Ngigi, Jason Kuster, Natasha Ng’endo. Nephew and cousin to many.

Lee was a dear friend to many; kind, warm, and generous in spirit. He touched countless lives with his presence and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Daily prayers are being held at Lee’s home in Thika.

A memorial service was held at All Saints Cathedral Church, Nairobi, on Wednesday, 11th February 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Prayers will also be held at the family home in Tigoni on Thursday, 12th February 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday, 13th February 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Lee will be laid to rest at the family home in Tigoni, Limuru, on the same day from 10:00 a.m.
