The Kenya School of Government regrets to announce the sudden and sad demise of a diligent member of staff, Beatrice Chepkemoi Bore, who succumbed on November 8, 2020 while undergoing treatment at Karen Hospital. Beatrice was member of staff attached to the Administration Department at the eLearning and Development Institute (eLDi), Lower Kabete.

Wife of Mr. Robert Kiprotich Bett. Mother of Mercy Bett, Kiplagat Bett, Kiprono Bett and Chepchirchir Bett. Daughter of Samuel Bore and Rebecca Bore. Sister of Vincent Kirui, Paul Kirui, Hillary Bore, Joyce Bore, Eric Bore and Nelly Bore. Daughter-in-law of Michael Sang and Hellen Sang. Sister-in-law of Cosmus Kimugor, Sylvia Cherono and Dennis Kimutai. Niece of John Bore, Julius Bore, David Bore, Elizabeth, Irene, Esther, and Zeddy. Aunt of Derrick, Diana, Michelle, Rael, Roy, Anita, and Chepkoech.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Matasia from 6.00pm to 7:30pm and at the Nairobi Club from 5.00pm to 6.00pm to organise for her decent send off.

Burial will take place on Tuesday November 17th, 2020 at Kapkagaon Home in Nandi County.

Requiem Mass will be conducted at St. Barnabas Matasia Catholic Church, Ngong on Saturday November 14th, 2020 at 12:30pm and thereafter there will be a fundraiser. Contributions towards the funeral arrangements can be channelled through: Pay bill Number 29329; Acc. 0100227770100.

    R.i.p Beatrice. My heartfelt condolences to the family. Memories for sessions we shared while at Maseno University shall forever remain with us. Gone too soon.
