Bedan Thiong’o Kiunga

It is with humble hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bedan Thiong’o Kiunga.

He was the beloved son of Kiunga Muthoga and Julia Wambui. Husband of the late Hellen Wangari and Bilha Wanjiru. Loving father to Geoffrey Maina, Jane Njambi, Purity Wachera, John Mwangi, Samuel Irungu, Alice Wamweru, William Kamau, the late John Kiunga, Julius Irungu, Nancy Wachera, Edward Kihwaga, Beth Nyambura, Ann Wacui, Lameck Kagunda and Damaris Wakanyi. A loving grandfather and a great grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers at his home Nyangiti, Makadara, Nairobi, Terrace Hotel (Ronald Ngala) from 6:00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home, Thika Road on Friday, 24th June 2022 at 7:00am and funeral service will be held at A.C.K Nyangiti Church Ground at 11:00am. Burial will take place at his home in Nyangiti Village, Gakoe, Mathioya, Murang’a County.
