1st Anniversary/Appreciation

It is exactly one year today, mum, since you went to be with the lord. We thank God for giving us strength and grace to endure the emptiness of losing you.

Your children and the entire family wishes to acknowledge and express our heartfelt appreciation to all those who stood and continue to stand by us with overwhelming kindness generosity (financial and otherwise), sympathy and comfort after your demise.

Special appreciation goes to the clergy and members of ACK Mt Kenya south led by rural dean Reverend Bernard Thuo of ACK St. Mark Ndararua and KACC church and friends in Atlanta USA. The Appolos Mwangi and the Muthemba families, vibrant youth friends of Brian Kinuthia, the outstanding organizing committee chaired by Michael Kinuthia and Livingstone Kiarie and all our friends. We also want to give special thanks to our sister Joyce Kinuthia for her significant financial contributions towards mum’s healthcare.

We also extend our gratitude to doctors at Nairobi Hospital led by Doctor Were, Doctors and staff at Avenue hospital and at Nairobi women hospital who treated mum until the last minute. Special mention to her Nurse Regina Njoroge and caregiver Virginia Thiong’o.

Since it is not possible to mention every person who played a role, we humbly request that you accepted this message as our heartfelt appreciation to each one of you. May God’s grace, favour and blessings be upon you all.
