Bishop Joash Juma Osiro

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing on peacefully of Bishop Joash Juma Osiro of Kenya Mennonite Church which occurred on Thursday June 16, 2022.

Son of the late Mama Rispa Adongo Osiro and the late Mzee Johana Osiro Jamwa. Husband to Pastor Rebecca Adongo Osiro of Kenya Mennonite Church Nairobi. Father to Denis Osiro, Ruth Osiro, Dorine Osiro, Risper Osiro and Moses. Osiro. Grandfather to Ayden, Nathan, Jewel, Crystal, Johana, Lianna, Ivan and Gene Father-in-law to Shannon Osiro.

Brother to Meshack of USA, the late Ayub, Raymond, Charles, Eunice, Sylviah and Perez. Brother-in-law to Sarah, the late Dorcas, Jacquline and Jane. Cousin to George, Mary, Filda, Bishop Clyde, Zedekiah, Jack, Philip among others.

Step-son to Mama Margaret Olang’ Agola. Son-in-law to Retired Moderator Bishop Musa Adongo of Kenya Mennonite Church and the late Mama Helena Achola Adongo.

A service of thanksgiving and celebration of his life will be held at Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Thursday July 7 from 1.00 to 2.00pm.

The cortege leaves on July 8 2022 to Achego Village Muhoroni Sub-County where he will be laid to rest on July 9, 2022.

We thank God for Bishop Joash’s life that was well lived. We loved you but God loved you most. Rest in eternal peace till we meet again.
