Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission regrets to announce the sudden death of Mr. Brian Karelo Silale, Constituency Administrative Assistant (CAA) for Tiaty Constituency office that occurred on 20th January 2021.

He was a loving husband to Faith Jeruto Maiyo. Loving father to Talia Cheyech Karelo Silale and Kibet Karelo Silale. He was the son to Tapangiro Merkal Silale and Chepucho Silale , Step son to the late Chepochonyir Silale and Chemkea Silale all from Cheptunoyo village Nakoko sub-location silale location silale ward Tiaty Constituency Baringo County. He was brother to Kisur, Arekai, Kemoi and step-brother to the late Kapoyon Silale, Kachepewan, Karanja, Kenneth, Oliver, Leshokou, Chepanga, Chepyeko, Kangiror and Chepkite Silale. He was nephew to Loriko Merkol, Achau Merkol, Makal Merkol, the late Tukolkol Merkol and Tukonik Merkol. He was son in-law to the late Simion Bartan and Rose Bett.Brother in law to Brendah Maiyo, Keneth Maiyo, Sophy Maiyo, Nicholas Maiyo and George Kibet.

The cortege leaves Baringo County Referral Hospital mortuary on Friday, 29th January, 2021 for burial at Cheptunoyo village Nakoko sub-location silale location silale ward Tiaty Constituency Baringo County.
