It is with a heavy and sorrowful heart that we humbly accept God’s will as we announce the passing on of our beloved Bruce Dominic Odhiambo Were. Bruce battled with his illness long, stoically and with remarkable bravery.

Father of Simone M’ckay and Laboriel Odhiambo Were. Grandfather of Ethan Odhiambo Were. Son of Grace Abonyo and James Were Arega (late) of East Asembo, Rarieda District. Step son to Wilfreda Were and Lucia Were. Brother of Lily Quiette, Lemmy Owuor (late), and Mike Odera. Step Brother to Oluoch Were (late), Isaac Were, Julius Were (late), John Were and Step Sisters to Norah Were and Penina Were. Brother in-law to DaShon Quiette. Uncle to Randy Odhiambo, Barry Deya, Gabriel Omondi Quiette, DJ Quiette, Genesis Quiette, Bonn Owuor, Zilpa Owuor, Chloe Kiera, Michael Ogelo, Nelly Atieno, Victor Ochieng, Spence Okoth, Arnold Yongo, Juliet Otieno, Steve Magana, Natasha Otieno, Queenie Magana, Kuki Magana, Kagame Magana, Jerome Mugambi, Celine Mugambi and Joy Mugambi, Kimberly Mboya, Jennifer Mbeyu, Joy Magana, Collette Magana.
