Captain Walter N. Mwaniki

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Captain Walter N. Mwaniki of KDF which occurred on 3rd July 2018 at the Defence Forces Memorial Hospital.

Husband of Faith Nkatha Mwaniki and dotting father of Abigail Wanjiku and Michelle Kendi. Son of the late mzee Kihori Mwaniki and Jane Wanjiku. Brother to Judy Wanjiru Roba and Hilda Wangari Kihori of Henkel Kenya. Son-in-law to Col (Rtd) D.K Murathi and Mrs Lucy Murathi. Brother-in-law of Boniface Kathurima, Juliet Karichu, Joseph Roba Mamo and William Magori Salya. Loving uncle to Joy, Samuel, Misha and many others.

Friends & relatives are meeting at his mum’s house in Sandton, Kasarani.

Funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Church, Lang’ata Barracks on Tuesday 10th July, 2018 at 11:00 am and thereafter burial at Lang’ata Cemetery.
