It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Ms. Caroline Kendi Makathimo (Kendra).

Daughter to Mr. Francis G. Makathimo MBS, OGW (Rtd Deputy Commissioner of Prisons) and Mrs. Florence Makathimo (Rtd teacher- Noonkopir Pry.). Sister to Joyce Kagendo (Kenya Prisons Msa), Martin Murithi (Office of the President) Fredrick Muthuri (Asst. County Commissioner- Narok County) Lucy Naitore, Daniel Bundi (UoN Student).

Sister-in-law to Mr. Gitonga (Msa), Mercy Murithi (Office of President), Capt. Eng. Melvin Zackayo, Caroline Muthuri.

Adorable aunt to the late Gakii, Lenny, Valeria, Zoey, Zara and Jayden. She was a cousin and friend to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting at the family home at Noonkopir, Kitengela-Kajiado County and at Ribui home daily from 5.00pm.

There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, 22nd February 2023 at Kitengela Methodist Church from 2.00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) morgue on Friday 24th February 2023 at 5.30am for burial at their home in Ribui (Ruiri/ Rwarera ward), Buuri East Sub County, Meru County.
