Our beloved Christine Kanyiva Gakunga went to be with the Lord on Monday 20 February at 3:20pm after a brave battle with colon cancer.

Wife of Sam Gakunga. Mother to Eric Gakunga Kibogo and Anthony Mutua Kibogo. Daughter of the late Margaret Kasyoka Mutua. Daughter-in-law to the late Martha and Watson Gakunga.

Sister to Diana Mwende and Tim Munuku; Susan Ndinda and Moses Kimani.

Sister-in-law to Mary Wanjugu and Richard Njaramba, Peter and Naomi Thiuri Gakunga; George and Rose Githaiga; John and Winnie Muraya.

Family and friends are holding prayers daily at 5:30pm at The All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, 24 February 2023 at ACK Christ Church, Westlands at 11.00am.

The cortege shall leave Lee Funeral Home on Saturday, 25 February 2023 at 7.00am for interment from 10.00am, at Kiamunyi Farm, Kahiga, Nyeri.
