Carolyne Khitembuli Mwai Mmbaka

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Carolyne Khitembuli Mwanzi Mmbaka of G4S which occurred on 24/12/2019 at KNH.

Daughter of Nicholas Mwanzi and Margaret Khabochi. Beloved wife of Valentine Harrison Nakweya of Nairobi Serena Hotel. Mum of Cydelyne and Nivelle (Princess). Daughter in law of the late Clement Nakweya and the late Felistus Shinoko. She was a sister of Samuel, Oscar Tsimbalaka of PCPB, Rodgers, Nancy and Joseline. Sister-in-law of Fred Nakweya of TPS Rwanda, Angeline, Chris Akonya (UK), Khamati, Joseph, Emmanuel, Dickson, Millie, Kangu, Rose, Winnie, Atema, Eddie, Purity, Beatrice, Esther Kaingati, Linet.

Niece of Sr. Ateya of Franciscan Sisters, the late Alphonse, Madegwa, Andrew Musebe, Gerald, Patrick, Dinah, Inshaw, Principal Dan Andaye, Aggrey, the late Lumiti, Kasiani, Charles Ayisi, Musina,Munayi among others. In-law of the late Mulinya, the late Mukhobi, the late Likami, Bukhala, Shipaka, the late Dorcas, Rita, Norah, Teresa, Veronica. Cousin of Brandel and Auntie of Mike, Chief Ben Mulinya among others.

Funeral arrangements and prayers are going on at her house in Umoja Estate, from 5.30pm daily.

A fundraiser is scheduled to take place at Railways Club on Tuesday, 7th Jan, 2020 starting 4.30pm.

A requiem mass will be held at Assumption of Mary Catholic Church Umoja, on Wednesday 8th Jan 2020 at 7pm.

The burial will take place at her home Bwimalia-Vihulu village of Ilesi Location, Shinyalu Constituency, Kakamega County on 11th January 2020.
