On this day Papa, you took your last breath, you left us unannounced, you left when we really needed you most. Regardless your spirit still lives in us. You exemplified greatness. You radiated love. You were brilliant. You served your people well. Commitment to your family, friends and society at large was unmatched. To me, you were a wonderful friend, a confidant and an influential father in my life. Your unique bravery shall forever remain our symbol of strength. Every now and then, your grandchildren keep remembering the love, care, affection you showed them. The groundnuts you always brought them every time you came visiting. You bonded very well with them.
