In Loving Memory

We often say that the hour of death cannot be forecast. When we say this we imagine this hour would be in a distant future. We never thought we would be thinking about Mela as a memory. We all have different memories of Mela but one thing they all have in common is the way she loved and lived. She had the most amazing courageous strength and tenacity that every single person who ever came into contact with her could feel while in her presence. Her courage, determination and sense of humor is something we will always carry with us and hope that we can display those same characteristics especially in trying times.

We miss your smile, We miss your laugh. We miss you and that happiness you always had. One day your smile had faded away, We still remember how we felt that day. Your warmth and comfort was all gone. We can’t believe it’s been a year since you left us, it still feels like the other day. We believe you are in a happy place with God’s Angels.

We still hold you in our hearts till we meet again daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, niece and friend.

In Loving Memory

Sunrise: 1937 – Sunset: 01/01/2018

Dear Mom, a year has passed by since you left us to be with the Lord. Nobody knew that day when God would call your name. Our hearts were crushed but Jesus put His arms around you and he lifted you to eternal rest. Your life was love and sacrifice, your teachings powerful, your love for your family true, you always gave the best in you. Yob laboured so much in prayer for your family and never complained. We will always remember your Christian teachings, those words are in our hearts and souls, and have bound them as a sign on our hands. We cannot speak how we loved you and neither can our hearts tell what to say. Only God knows how much we miss you. We will cherish your memories forever.

There will be a memorial service at St. Stephen’s ACK (Maranda), on Saturday  13/07/20 I 9 at 10.00am.
