Son of the late Augustine Kiama Wambugu and Jane Waruguru Mugenyu. Beloved Husband of Consolata Nyokabi. Father of Michael Kiama, Carolina Wangui, Patrick Ndung’u and Robert Gichuki. Father-in-Law of Denys Mukami, John Ndegwa, Esther Kang’ethe and Elizabeth Gathigia. Grandfather of Nyokabi Kiama, Kagendo, Wangui, Mori, Baraka, Gitonga Ndegwa, Gitonga Ndungu, Kiama, Gitonga Gichuki. He was a loving Great Grandfather, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home in Karangia Sub-location, Mutitu Village.

The cortege leaves Outspan funeral home Nyeri on Tuesday, 8th September 2020 at 8.00am. Thereafter, burial at his Karangia home.

Burial will take place on Tuesday 8th September 2020 at his home, Nachu Ndigu-ini, Kikuyu Constituency, Kiambu County.

Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Gitau. Beloved husband to Salome Nyambura Gitau. Father to Gitau Ngugi, Anjela Njeri, Lucy Wanjiru and Pauline Waithera.

Brother to John Gitau, the late Milka Waithera, Veronicah Njuguna, Mary Wanjiku and Nancy Njuguna. He was uncle and grandfather to many.

Son in law to the late Mr and Mrs Waireri and brother in law to the Waireri’s.

Thee cortege leaves the Mater Misericordiae Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday 8th September 2020 at 8:30 am for burial at his farm in Kinangop.

He will be sadly missed with pleasant memories by his family and friends.

Brother to Eunice Nduta, Charity Wangui, Jane Wanjugu, Alice Wambui (From UK), Mary Wanjiru from Giigil and Isaac Muthui Mugo from Nairobi. Brother-in-law to Geoffrey Wang’ombe, David Ndung’u and Simon Kamau. Grandfather to Tyler Comba Maim, Evelia Kenia Lovi, Christian Lazuli Otieno and Asaph Mililani Otieno.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangement at his home in Milimani from 5:00pm-7:00pm and at Mamlaka Hill Chapel-City, on Tuesday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm followed by a memorial service on Friday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the same venue.

He will be laid to rest on Tuesday, September 8th, 2020 at his parents’ home in Krampton, Leshau Pondo in Nyahururu.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monaliza Funeral home-Kabati on Tuesday 8th September 2020 for funeral service and burial at his home Mukerenju Kabati-Kenol, Murang’a County on the same day.

He is son of the late Mr. Thomas Mwelu Ngwili and late Mrs. Phyllis Wandia Mwelu. Son in law to the late Moses Muli and the late Rebecca Mwaiki Muli. Loving husband to Mrs. Phyllis Ndila Ngwili. Father to Rebecca Minoo Musau, Serah Syukau and Peter Mwose, Shirlyne Mumo Musau and Daniel and Jacqueline Ndambuki. Grandfather to Carol, Michael, Marietta, Mark and Hossanah. In law to the Mwose’s and the Otieno’s and an Uncle to many. Brother to Phillip Mbwika, the late Esther Mbaika, John Kisilu, David Mutie, Mary Ndunge, Daniel Munyao, Anthony Wambua and Martin Nzyuko. Brother in law to the late Ndunge, Musyoka, Jane, Rev. Musembi, Mwongeli, the late Tom Muli, the late Lucas, Simon, Lydia, Peter, George and the late Sabina.

The funeral service will be held at A.I.C. Jericho on Tuesday, 8th September 2020 starting at 11.00 am.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home, off Mbagathi Road, on Wednesday, 9th September 2020 at 7.30 am. Thereafter, the body will be laid to rest at his home in Malili, Machakos County.

Meetings are being held at the family residence, Buru Buru Phase I, starting from 4.00pm. We encourage our friends and well-wishers to channel their support through the designated platforms.

He was a brother to Nancy Muthoni Kimani (Murang’a), Monica Njeri (Bungoma), Geofrey Kago, Wilson Wanyoike, Susan Njoki, John Muchuna (Businessman Githunguri),the late Hannah Wanjiru, the late Grace Nyambura, the late Samwuel Kuria. He was In law to the late Wilfred Githuka and the late Josephine Wabuu (Ngeca Village) in Limuru.

He was grandfather to George Mburu Ikaba, Judith Wambui Ikaba, Wilson Ethan,Anthony Bennett,Amy Judith Githuka and Lee Mburu Githuka.

Prayers and funeral preparations are being held at his home Minja Village, Githunguri.

The cortege will leave Mukoe funeral home on 8/09/2020 at 9.00am and the funeral will proceed to his matrimonial home at Minja Village Githunguri.

He was loving husband to Margaret Wanjeri Kigwe of Astrazeneca Pharmaceuticals Kenya and loving Father to John Caiden Muritu Kigwe (JC), Jordan Fredrick Munama Kigwe and Mike Jason Gathecha Kigwe of Braeburn-Imani School. He was loving Brother to Jackline Njahira Kigwe (USA), Kelly Walter Karanja, Grace Wangari Muritu and the Late Mike Paul Gathecha Muritu. He was loving uncle to Ricky, Ryan, Ashley, Muritu, Austin, Reyna, Brody, Shiro, Amani and John Junior.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the His residence – Willmary Estate next to Garden City Mall from 3.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

There will be a Thanksgiving Mass on Sunday 6th September 2020 at the His residence starting at 1.30 PM.

FUNERAL – Thursday 10th September 2020: There will be a viewing of the body at Lee funeral Home from 7.30 AM. The cortege will then leave Lee Funeral Home at 8.30 AM for a Memorial Mass at St. Francis Xavier’s Catholic Church – Parklands from 10.00AM. The burial ceremony will be held at Juja starting from 2.00 PM.
