Fundraising of help offset funeral expenses shall be held on 4th December, 2019 at Professional entre from 5:30pm.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home, on 12th December, 2019 for burial on 13th December, 2019 at his home in Magena, Ritembu Sub-location, Kisii County.

Son of the late Joseph Mwangi Karanja and the late Karen Wangari Mwangi. Son-in-law of the late Peter Kariuki and Gladys Wangui and the late Joshua Gathiru and the late Elizabeth Waithera. Husband of Lucy Gathoni and Susan Wangui. Loving Father of Daphne Wambui, Caroline Wangari, Harriet Wangui, Thomas Kahura, Sylvia Ponda, Martin Gathiru, Stella Wambui and Everlyne Wangari. Father-in-law of Michael Ponda. Doting Grandfather of Tafari Kihara, Taraji Gathoni, Michaela Kuvuna, amongst many others.Adored Brother of the late Peter Karanja, the late Gerald Karagu, the late Mary Njeri and Rachel Wanjiku. Cherished Brother-in-law of Nancy Karanja and the late Michael Kamau.

Friends and family are meeting at International Christian Centre (ICC), Nairobi West on Monday 2nd December 2019, and at All Saints Cathedral on 3rd and 4th December, 2019 from 5.00pm.

There will be a Memorial Service on Thursday, 5th December, 2019 at ICC Nairobi West from 12.00pm.

The cortege will leave the Kenyatta University Funeral home at 7.00am on Friday, 6th December, 2019, followed by a funeral service from 10.00am, at Gatumbi Primary School, Kigumo Constituency, Murang’a County and thereafter interment at his Family Home in Gatumbi Village.

The cortege leave Tribute Funeral Home Syongila on Saturday 7th December 2019 at 9.00am for burial at his home at Kwa-Ngindu, Kitithini.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home, Nakuru, on Saturday, 07/12/2019 at 7.00am for a funeral Mass at 10.00am at Kiboino Primary School grounds. The burial will be held thereafter at his home Kamaua village, Kiboino Location, Baringo County.

There will a church service on 3rd December, 2019 at Makadara Citadel as from 3.00pm.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Nairobi on 4th December, 2019 at 6.30am, for a funeral service and burial which will take place at Hunduimuni Salvation Army Corp, Yatta Division, at Kwakalunde Village.
