It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of CPA James Abily Oyondi on Saturday, 7th November, 2020 after a short illness. He was the Managing Director of Betoyo Contractors and James Oyondi & Company Certified Accountant.

Son of the late Abily Khafire and Mama Roseline Khafire. Husband of the late Mama Betty Oyondi. Father of Arthur Oyondi (Kenya Ports Authority), CPA. Catherine Oyondi (KONE, (K) LTD), Carolyne Oyondi (Multimedia University of Kenya), Eng. Paul Oyondi (Base Titanium), CPA. Eddah Oyondi (KCB), Mabel Oyondi (Mabbi Enterprises), Nimrod Oyondi (MMU). Brother of Fredrick Okaalo and Martin Esharanda. Loving grandfather of Lawrence, Trevor, Tamara, Faith, Brian, Emmanuel, Tyruss (0J), Natalia, Asael, Natasha, Betty Makundi, Marie, Betty Jerop, Mitchelle, James (Junior). Uncle to many. Son-in-law of the late Jackson Kessy and mama Ajenta Kessy. Brother-in-law of Janet Okaalo, Eva Esharanda, the late Josephine Chelisy, the late Clement Kessy, Godwin Kessy, Faith Kessy, Barakeli Kessy and Emmanuel Kessy. Father-in-law to Abashora Simei, Edward Nyamai, Jeph Wanga, Josephat Kiplagat, Nelly Kimani, Christine Mbogo.

The Cortege leaves Jocham Funeral Homes on Thursday 19th November 2020 for a Requiem Service at ACK St. Paul’s Kiembeni Mombasa in the morning.

The funeral service and burial will be held at his home in Ebukabuli Ebuhonga, Khwisero Sub-County, Kakamega County.
