Appreciation
We, the family of the late Damaris Gathoni Ngunjiri, extend our deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love, support, and kindness following her short illness and demise on 1st August 2025. Your prayers, words of encouragement, visits, and thoughtful gestures have carried us through this difficult time and have been a true source of comfort and strength.
We thank God for the life of our Mum, Sister and friend.
Our heartfelt thanks go to Rev. Dorcas Kamau, PCEA Nairobi West Church, Elder Dr. Moses Gitau Ngugi, and the PCEA South B Church fraternity. Special appreciation to the Woman’s Guild and all the ministries she served in faithfully — your prayers and presence have meant so much.
To our dear friends — with special mention of the Ndegwa family and our friends in the diaspora, especially in the USA and Australia, as well as our neighbors and colleagues — your love and solidarity have been a blessing beyond measure. A very special thank you to the Macharia family for walking closely with us during this journey, Your unwavering support, generosity, and love have truly lightened our burden and will always be remembered with deep gratitude.
We also appreciate the groups she was part of — ROHI Housing, PCEA Nairobi West SACCO, Mutirithia Wa Andu, Wendani SACCO, and NISSI Group — for standing with us in support and prayer.
Our gratitude goes to Aga Khan Hospital Dr. Kirui and team for the care extended to her. A heartfelt thank you to Judy Githaiga; Dan Stephen Kariuki; Chief Nancy Gathagu and the local administration staff; and A Moment With Christ for your invaluable assistance, kindness, and support during this difficult time.
