Daniel Oteri Omwenga

It is with great sorrow and acceptance that we announce the death of retired teacher Daniel Oteri Omwenga on 8th June 2018. He taught in various schools among them Itibo, Manyansi, Nyankanda and Nyagiti.

Son of the late Omwenga Ayiera and Yucabeth Kerubo. Brother of Momanyi, the late Mogoa. Obonyo, Billiah, the late Mishael and Bosire, Omariba, Ogeto, Nyamwaro, Ayiera’s, Makoris, Mboga, Ayusa, Nyang’au, Araka among others. Father of Pamella, Omwenga, Isaac, Erick, Nancy, Judy, Christine, Mary and Immaculate. Uncle of Gichana, Prof. Mosoti, Dr. Mogoa, Mahon, Omwenga, Kennedy and others. Grandfather of Brian, Edmond, Opra, Lennon, Brighton among others.

The cortege leaves Hema Mortuary on Thursday 21st June 2018 for a funeral service and burial thereafter on Friday 22nd June 2018 at his home in Nyakongo Sub-location, Manga ward in Nyamira County.

We shall keep the legacy. Rest a while; we shall meet soon when Christ comes.
