Daniel Charles Macharia Munuhe

It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Daniel Charles Macharia Munuhe (formerly of DAMA auto spares, Karatina and Ministry of Foreign Affairs) which occurred on the morning of Sunday 17th June after a long illness bravely borne.

Husband of the late Dorothy Njeri. Son of the late Munuhe Githegi and the late Wangui Munuhe. Father of Joyce Macharia (formerly of Barclays Bank, Nakuru), Harriet Macharia (HOPE Worldwide Kenya), Ruth Anne Macharia (formerly of Dominos Kenya) and Isaac Munuhe (ICRC). Brother of Penina Ngima Ngatia, the late Githegi Munuhe, the late Watson Muturi, the late Charity Wangui Muriithi, the late Peterson Kareithii, the late Priscillah Nyawira, the late Peter Gichuhi, Stephen Macharia, the late Priscillah Nyaguthii Muraguri and Eustace Maina. Father-in-law of Xavier Bowen, Patrick Kulubi and Njoki – Wairimu. Grandfather to Nicole, Nathan, Ethan, Daniel and Victoria.

Family and friends are meeting in his home at Kairichi from 5:00pm for prayers & burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves ACK Mt Kenya Hospital, Kerugoya on Saturday 23rd June 2018 at 9.00am followed by a funeral service and burial to be field at his home in Kairichi, Mukure, Kirinyaga West starting at 10:00am.
