It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the Promotion to Glory of David Chege Watene, formerly of K.B.S and Tiles & Carpet.

Son of Job Chege Watene and Nancy Njeri Watene. Brother of Eric Kamau, Sam Kibunja and Michael Warui Watene. Father of Emiliana Njeri, Blaise Kenji Watene and Walter Watene. Husband of Genevieve Jeptebkeny Tariq and Fatuma Waithera. Brother-in-law of Agnes Kamau, Catherine Kibunja and Jessica Watene. Uncle of Isabella Njeri Kibunja, Lilly Njeri Watene and Max Kaniaru Watene, among others. Cousin to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements , at his parents home in Gikambura, Kikuyu.

The cortege leaves Kikuyu Mission Hospital on Wednesday 20th March, 2019 at 9.00am followed by a funeral service and burial at Gwa-Thiru, Gikambura from 11.00am.
