Diana Wanjiru Mwai

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Diana Wanjiru Mwai of MwaiDianaLaw which occurred on Sunday, 15th March, 2026 through a tragic road accident along the Northern Bypass.

She was the beloved daughter of Peter Mwai Gatungo and Grace Njeri Mwai, the sister of John Njagi and Irene Nato, Robert Chege and Ann Ndegwa and James Muriuki. She was also a doting mother of Ellah Njeri and Alexandra Maria Juma.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH) Funeral Home, Northern Bypass on Wednesday, 25th March, 2026 at 8:00am.

The burial will be held at the family home in Kiaritha village, Kerugoya Central Sub-County, Kirinyaga County.

Family & friends are meeting daily at her home in Ruiru at 6:00pm and Blue Springs Hotel on Thika Road at 6:00pm.

There will be a memorial service on Sunday, 22nd March, 2026 at St. Barnabas ACK Church, Marurui at 2:00pm.
