Doris Kendi Mwenda
It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of Gods will that we announce the death of our beloved Doris Kendi Mwenda that occurred on 11th February 2020. Until her demise she was working at Coca Cola Beverages Africa, Nairobi.
Daughter of Jacob Munyi and Mary Mukiri of Nyeri. Wife of Phineas Mwenda Muriuki. Mother of Ethan Kimathi (Light Academy Nairobi, Karen) and Elsie Makena (Good Testimony Nairobi, Embakasi). Daughter-in-Law of Andrew Muriuki (Mairune Chemist, Maua and Meru) and Joyce Muriuki. Sister of Linet Wawira (Nyeri), Faith Wambugi (Nyeri), Sister-in-Law of Samuel Munene (Meru), Dr. Job Maingi (Switzerland), Caroline Mwendwa (Switzerland) and Pauline Mworia (Meru).Auntie, Niece and Cousin of many.
Family and friends will be meeting for prayers and burial arrangement at All Saints Cathedral on 17/02/2020 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Every day at Seasons Hotel, Embakasi, 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
The memorial service will be held at International Christian Church, Nairobi on 18/02/2020 from 9:00am to 12:00noon. Thereafter she will be laid to rest in Mukongorone Village, Thuura Location, Meru County on 19/02/2020.
