Wife of Prof. Moses Imo Owade (Late). Daughter of the late john Isemek Elung’ata and Jeridah Kusa Elung’ata. Mother of Ida Onieko Owade, Collins Owade Imo (Sunshine Secondary School-Nairobi) and Annah Nanzala (Precious Blood-Man’gu). Sister of Bernard, Geoffrey, Rhoda (Late), Julia, Emily and Patricia. Daughter-in-law of late Romanus Imo and Rosalina Nanzala. Sister-in-law of Josephine, Mary (Late), Constancia, Sophia, Willimina, Phillip, Anthony, Bernadette (Lace), James (Late), Fellegrino and Michael. Beloved aunt of Deodatus, Francis, Faith, Christine, Joel, Elvis, Richard, Lillian, Kevin, Maurice, Eric, Linda and Mercy among others.
The cortege leaves MTRH Eldoret Mortuary at 8.00 am on 22nd August 2019 for mass at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, Kapsoya, followed by a vigil at her Kapsoya home. Burial will be on 14th August 2019.
Burial arrangements are ongoing at her rural home in Kotur Village and Her Kapsoya Home-Eldoret.
There will be a Harambee on Tuesday 20th August 2019 at University of Eldoret Town Campus.

She was not only a lecturer to me but a mentor, mother and friend.
Guided me through design process, believed in my abilities and kept pushing me to greater heights everyday. Big vacuum left behind but will ensure her legacy lives on.
