The Ogara family is sad to announce the death of our dear dad, Dr. Eng. Sibieko Bullu Arthur in Enchi, Ghana.
Beloved father of Dr. Esther Amma Arthur Ogara, Beatrice Arthur, Grace Arthur and Stella Hennen. Father-in-law of Prof.William Okelo Ogara of the University of Nairobi. Cherished grandfather of Dr. Edwin Kojo Ogara, Eva Mfenyana, Clare Ogara, Dinah Ogara and Eric Ogara.
There will be fundraiser on Thursday, 27th July 2017 from 5.00pm at the United Kenya Club and Thursday, 3rd August 2017 at the All Saints Cathedral starting from 5:00pm.
