Dr. Joab Bodo

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Dr. Joab Bodo of Kisumu Nyahera, Karombo Village, which occurred on Thursday 24th May, 2023.

Son of the late Mzee Thomas Okudo Okore and the late Mama Truphena Okudo.

Husband to the late Nellie BA Bodo. Father to Michael, Nicholas, Linda, Christopher and Raymond. Father-in-law and a grandfather to many.

Brother to the late Tom Kungu, the late Clara Onyango, the late Jane Odera, Rose Owadho, the late Peres Mosi and the late Philip Okore Kith.

Family and friends are meeting at his home in Karombo Village, Nyahera Sub-location, North Kisumu Location, Kisumu West Sub-county and at The All Saints Cathedral Church, from Tuesday 30th May, 2023 at 5.30pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday 8th June 2023 from 10.00 am at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi.

The burial will take place on Saturday 10th June 2023 at Nyahera, Karombo village.
