It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce promotion to glory of Mrs. Irene Wang’eri Kamau of Riandegwa Village, Kabati, Murangia County, after illness.

Wife of the late Councillor Paul Kamau Kimaru.

Daughter of the late Muiboro Kogi and the late Pauline Wanjiru Muiboro of Gitura Village. Sister to the late jacinta Wairimu Ndung’u and George Njoroge Muiboro. Step-sibling to the late Hannah Wambui (Kabul) and the late Mungai Muiboro.

Mother to Hannah Wanjiku, the late Wilson Kimaru, Pauline Wanjiru, Joel Njuguna, the late Daniel Muchoki, the late Esbon Mungai, Catherine Wambui, Michael Mwaura and the late Phyllis Wairimu.

Mother-in-law to Nancy Wanjiru, Peter Kariuki Ndenderu, Caroline Njuguna, Stephen Kiarie and Janet Wambui. Aunty, Cousin, Grandmother and Great-grandmother to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily from 5.00pm at her home in Riandegwa, Kabati for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Kabati, on Wednesday 31st May, 2023 at 9.30am for funeral service at 11.00am on the same day at St. Stephen’s ACK Church – Riandegwa, Kabati. Interment will be held thereafter at her home in Riandegwa.
