It is with profound sorrow and recognition of God’s will that we announce the passing of Dr. Mungai Kamunge of
Jersey City NJ which occurred on 11th April 2024, after a short illness.
He was son of the late Kamunge and the late Susan Wachuka of Thigio.
Son in law of the late Philip Mwaura and Mercy Muthoni of Makuyu, Muranga County.
He was the loving husband of Dr. Eunice Kamunge. Father of Winnie and Carol Kamunge.
Brother of the late Ngugi Kamunge, Joseph Kiriiri (Joska), Lucy Wanjiru, Anne Mukami, Esther Warigia, Mary Wambui, George Wainaina of Undire Farm, Margaret Njoki, Josephine Wanjiku and the late Nyambura.
Funeral date will be announced later.
