We, the families of Retired Councillor Kenneth Buchere and former ADC Managing Director Mr. Job Siror, express our deepest gratitude for the overwhelming support that enabled us to give the late Dr. Philip Brightone Buchere, PhD, OGW, a befitting and memorable send-off.
