Edgar Ombisi Ambuyo

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Edgar Ombisi Ambuyo of the Office of the Controller of Budget, County Budget Coordinator, Nyeri County which occurred on September; 2022 through a tragic road accident.

He was the husband to Joyce Angatia Ambuyo and father to Beirut Aseka, Kevin Ambuyo and Hudson Akunda. Foster father to Risper Olesi and Readon Amanya.

Son of Hudson Ambuyo and Rev.Alice Ambuyo. Son-in-law to Frank Angatia and Victoria Angatia of Emutete, Ebusundi sub-location.

Brother to the late Johnstone Onyino, Erick Ambuyo, Dishon Ameyo, Doris Ambuyo, Mable Onzagu, Dr. Beverly Asiko, Dan Ambuyo, Sherry Ambuyo, Jecinta Ambuyo, Nicodemus Akunda and Joy Christine Ambuyo.

Brother-in-law to Vincent Angatia, Agnes Mueni, Justus Kabole, Rose Angatia , Patricia Nyangasi, Damaris Ameyo, Walter Onzagu, Wycliffe Omuyoma, Getrude Akunda, Eunice Angatia and Sharon Kabole.

Uncle to Brian,Victor, Joel, Ian, Johnny, Newton, Calvin, Gabriel, Shamin, Nigel, Barrack and Emmanuel.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Ebukhaya Emuhongo for prayers and burial preparations.

The cortege leaves Kakamega Country Referral Hospital Morgue on Thursday 15th September, 2022 at 10:00 am for his home in Bukuga, Vihiga Sub-county and later to his final resting place at his ancestral home in Emuhongo village, Ebukhaya Sub-location, Eniuhaya Sub-county.

A memorial service will be held on Friday 16th September, 2022 at Ebukhaya Primary School and the burial will be held on Saturday 17th September, 2022 at his ancestral home in Emuhongo Village.
