It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Edward Gathira Kigwiri, Retired Employee of KPA at Nairobi West Hospital after a long illness.

Husband of Grace Nyambura and Josephine Wanza. Son of Late Daniel and Olipha Kigwiri. Son in law of Late Eston & Joyce Mugo, Joseph & Benteta Mutiso. Father of Pamela, Joyce, Daniel, Joseph, Moses, Jane, Juliet, Pauline, Evelyne and Redempta. Father in law of Peter, Nancy, Mueni, Rosemary, Felix, Samuel and Erastus Brother of Late Hiram Gatubu HSC, Emily Wambui Karema and Zechariah Njuru. Grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Friends and relatives will meet at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi on Tuesday 11th June 2019 and Thursday 13th June 2019 at 5.30pm. Daily meetings at Kiawambogo Matara Village and Malaa Village in Ruai.

The cortege leaves KU Funeral home on Saturday 15th June 2019 at 8.00am for service and burial at his farm in Malaa, Komarock past Ruai.
