Elder Anne Wambui Makumi

It is with humble acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Elder Anne Wambui Makumi of PCEA – Kiambu Presbytery, Kiambu Parish that occurred on 10th June, 2022 after a short illness.

Loving daughter to the late Virginia Wanjiru Gachunga. Daughter-in-law to the late Samuel Waithaka and Eunice Waithera.

Dear wife to Wallace Makumi. Adoring mother to Robert Makumi (Qatar), Hilda Makumi (Ashut Eng.), Brian Makumi and Brandon Makumi.

Sister to Elder Lucy Njenga (USA), Nicholas Gacheru (USA), Allan Gachunga (Gikomba) and the late Caroline Njeri. Sister-in-law, Cousin and Aunt to many.

There will be a memorial service at PCEA Kiambu Town Church at 3.00pm on Sunday
19th June 2022.

The cortege leaves KU Memorial Funeral Home (Kahawa West), on 20th June, 2022 at 8.00am for a service at PCEA – Kiambu Town Church at 10.00am and thereafter burial at their farm in Korokoro village, Kibichoi Kiambu County.
